The hotel had a perfect location, the room was well-appointed and luxurious. I loved the room, the bed was big. Delicious and rich breakfast that included pancakes and jam.

Their staff were very unhelpful.

favourable location, varied breakfast, exceptional service. fairly clean and genuinely friendly hotel in medina district. and very close to narrow alley, the main streets. the staff did all they can for a delightful stay.

Fine room - bed was very comfy. There was plenty of food that was delicious. It was a very comfortable stay, you could leave a car nearby. We could n't complain about using free wifi throughout the property.
